+
+- Secrets telegram_api_hash and telegram_phone were created with wrong
+  content during previous fix session (name as value / exec error output)
+- Deleted and recreated both secrets with correct values
+- Deleted stale Telethon session file, re-authenticated via auth_helper.py
+- Razvedka now running, monitoring 7 Telegram channels
+- Cleaned up stale docker build output files from repo root
+
