+Triage agent now applies decisions on DefectDojo findings:
+- Closes honeypot findings
+- Risk-accepts: scanner noise (User Agent Fuzzer, ZAP Out of Date),
+  header hygiene findings, Low/Info with no CVE
+- Sends ambiguous cases to Mistral 7b via Ollama
+
