### Description

Postfix envoyait directement vers internet (relayhost vide) au lieu de passer
par le bridge Proton Mail → timeouts et rejets.

- postfix: RELAYHOST=[protonmail-bridge]:25 + SASL via secret protonmail_bridge_smtp_pass
- alloy: bump config v4 → v5 (suricata-exporter target corrigé)
- secret protonmail_bridge_smtp_pass déclaré dans le stack (external)
