### Description

Tables custom pour le pipeline nuclei-worker :
- nuclei_scan_log : résultats Nuclei (status, sévérités, dojo_imported)
  avec UNIQUE(host_id) requis par ON CONFLICT dans thearm_nuclei
- redirector_hits : IPs ayant sondé les redirecteurs C2, utilisé
  par is_honeypot_suspect() pour éviter de scanner des chercheurs sécu

Tables déjà créées en live sur l'instance courante.
