Description
Le secret partagé telegram_alert_chat_id contient un chat_id invalide
(-1004668024756) utilisé par plusieurs services. Création d'un secret
dédié c2_telegram_chat_id (canal @bojemoi_ptaas, -1003898435028) monté
via target: pour ne pas impacter les autres services.
