Description

• Secrets telegram_api_hash and telegram_phone were created with wrong content during previous fix session (name as value / exec error output)
• Deleted and recreated both secrets with correct values
• Deleted stale Telethon session file, re-authenticated via auth_helper.py
• Razvedka now running, monitoring 7 Telegram channels
• Cleaned up stale docker build output files from repo root
