• Ajoute GET /livez -> {ok: true} (aucun appel Gitea/XenServer/DB)
• Bascule Docker healthcheck de /health vers /livez
• /health reste disponible pour le monitoring Prometheus/Grafana
• Revenir à interval 30s (acceptable car /livez est O(1))
