• Pentest pipeline diagram: add pentest-orchestrator as central dispatcher, dojo_worker_loop, pentest:dojo_queue Valkey path
• DefectDojo sources: workers RPUSH to queue, orchestrator pushes to API
• Fix node labels: defectdojo=true is meta-68 (not meta-76)
• LLM: mark Ollama as abandoned (2026-06-23)
