Description

faraday_reporter: when Faraday returns 409 CONFLICT (vuln already exists), events were never marked as reported_to_faraday=TRUE because MARK_REPORTED only ran when vuln_id != 0. This caused 25k+ events to be retried every 60s, flooding logs with "Failed to create vuln" warnings. Fix: catch httpx.HTTPStatusError 409 explicitly and set should_mark_reported=True.

medved stack: change HTTP honeypot published port from 8888 to 8000 (port 80 taken by Traefik, port 8080 taken by dnsmasq).
