### Description

Add scan_net + NET_ADMIN to nuclei-api. Run apk/pip/nuclei-update
|
|
first (default route), then configure routing via wg-gateway before
|
|
starting uvicorn. Use $$ escaping for shell vars in Docker stack YAML.
|
